I gave you my bed,
I gave you my food,
I gave you my drink,
You gave me bad moods.
When we talk,
You answer in whining monosyllables,
When we walk,
You always run behind.
When my friends come round,
You turn your back,
When I got a new pet,
You turned and spat.
You leave your mess everywhere,
You don't do a stroke,
For us to stay together,
I'm losing all hope.
Your hair is never clean,
You suck it between your lips,
You take everything from me,
And give nothing in return.
I offer you gifts to cheer you,
You snatch them from my hands,
And all signs of affection,
Have been well and truly banned.
You never say you love me,
You never say you care,
To repeat such words to you, my love,
I really wouldn't dare.
